Job Summary
Freelancer evaluator for luxury brand experiences based in the Algarve region. Responsibilities include discreet in-store or online evaluations of luxury brands, providing objective feedback through questionnaires, selecting missions aligned with profile, and completing post-evaluation surveys while meeting brand-specific project requirements. No prior luxury-brand retailer employment is required; candidates must be 18+, detail-focused, reliable, observant, and passionate about customer experience. Platform use and onboarding steps are provided (live.cxg.com) to certify and access missions; flexible, mission-based workload across fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, luxury watches, and automotive categories.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- existing customer of premium luxury brands
- not contractually involved with any retail brand (to maintain integrity)
- punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- observant and passionate about customer experience
- no previous experience required
