Coordinate and motivate the Student Experience Data and Operations Coordinators and any Student Experience Officers to contribute to ensuring the best possible student outcomes and student experience. Liaise with the Deputy Director – Student Experience to ensure front desk coverage and workload allocation during busy periods. Contribute to continuous improvements of processes and communication to enhance the student experience. Provide performance management of direct reports, set objectives and KPIs, conduct reviews, and support staff development. Assist in recruitment, ensure compliance procedures are followed, and maintain accurate datasets and student results with timely reporting. Act as secretary to governance boards, support quality assurance activities, update timetables, organise assessment processes including invigilation and verification, and coordinate visa compliance discussions with central teams. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support management with data, reporting, and student activity delivery. Coordinate information collection for central timetabling, manage attendance interventions, and assist with events and Student Experience initiatives.
