Job Summary
Area Clinical Manager responsible for overseeing regional clinical team(s) and ensuring SLA performance, coaching supervisors, implementing corrective action, coordinating QA remediation, and driving workflow/process improvements. Requires strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm devices and proficiency with the PaceMate platform to support remote clinical care. Role emphasizes remote leadership in a fully remote setting, collaboration with operational leadership, and accountability for customer-facing metrics and timely Salesforce ticket responses. Travel up to 10% for leadership meetings/training. Bachelor's degree is preferred; IBHRE certification is required within one year of promotion; 5+ years in related clinical operations and 2+ years in frontline-leader supervision. Strong communication, data literacy, and familiarity with collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack) are desired.
Required Qualifications
- IBHRE certification required within one year of promotion (CCDS, CORMS, or CEPS)
- 5+ years in cardiac device/ClED remote monitoring or comparable clinical operations.
- 2+ years leading frontline leaders (e.g., Supervisors)
