Job Summary

Maintain advanced knowledge of PaceMate products and departmental processes while assisting with alert triage, zoom calls, and documentation feedback for transmission processing. Provide mentorship to new and established team members, facilitate workflow assessments, and present at least two case studies or clinical call presentations annually. Serve as a cultural champion fostering a collaborative environment, redirect team members to maintain dashboard coverage, and participate in team lead meetings. Hold an undergraduate or associate degree with five years of relevant experience and an IBHRE certification within one year of promotion. Reside in the contiguous United States for this 100% remote role.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or associate degree in Business Administration, healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • IBHRE certification (CDRMS, CCDS, or CEPS)
  • Current Cardiac Device Specialist II or Senior Cardiac Device Specialist role at PaceMate
  • Exceptional relational communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Track record of following through on commitments and deadlines
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • 100% Remote work capability
  • Residency in the contiguous United States
