Job Summary
Oversee operations and service delivery for all practice sites within the assigned region, leading a team of Site Directors and Operations Managers. Drive implementation of operating policies, develop site-specific action plans, and collaborate with physicians to support successful practice establishment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, monitor monthly financial performance, and confirm project deadlines and performance goals are met. Manage recruitment and onboarding for clinic leaders while establishing accountabilities and conducting performance evaluations for direct reports. Support annual budget development and ensure adherence to fiscal targets. Schedule is Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) with a hybrid arrangement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare with 7-10 years of experience managing clinic operations; an MBA or MHA is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in business, healthcare or related discipline
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience managing a clinic's practice operations
- Intimate knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinical practice
- Financial and analytical expertise in budget development and revenue cycle management
- Experience in fiscal management, cost control, marketing, practice development, strategic planning and human resource management
- Significant skill in communicating with and relating to providers
- Leadership skills, ability to influence, form consensus and drive an agenda
- Analytical skills to collect and summarize information to solve problems
- Knowledge of legal issues related to clinical practice operations, employment law and fraud/abuse rules
