Job Summary
Direct Care Staff supervise and manage the activities of juvenile clients admitted to the Klamath Crimson Rose behavioral rehabilitation services program. The role applies client goals and objectives within a strengths/needs/evidence-based, trauma-informed, client-centered approach to help individuals achieve their goals. Essential duties include direct supervision of clients, guiding daily hygiene and meals, assisting with program and school assignments, supporting evidence-based treatment delivery with Social Service staff, supervising recreational activities and skill-building, observing and reporting on client development, following policies and medication procedures under direction of the facility RN, cooking for large groups, assisting with laundry, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Requires a high school diploma or GED, Oregon Driver's License, First Aid Certification, CPR Certification, and willingness to participate in required training (Relias) and staff meetings. Salary is hourly non-exempt, $22.64-$28.63 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

- Education, Certification, & Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
