Job Summary
Client Services Advocate for Distinguished Programs’ Urban Real Estate program, focused on supporting renewal activities and policy servicing for Multi-Family, Landlord, Apartment, and Condo insurance on small urban/mixed-use properties. Responsibilities include handling premium determinations, renewal reviews, endorsements and document requests, claim evaluations, and responding to broker inquiries; maintaining workflow and knowledge base; updating the work-management system; and nurturing internal/external partner relationships while ensuring superior customer experience. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in a customer-service or support role in commercial/personal lines, and preferred Property & Casualty license. Travel may be required occasionally; strong attention to detail, time management, and clear communication are essential, with the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or support role in commercial/personal lines
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred (6 months preparation time permitted)
- Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable in a growing organization
- Some travel may be required sometimes
