Job Summary

Consult with Directors and managers on people, leadership, and organizational matters while providing front-line HR support in decision-making. Administer core HR programs for compensation, benefits, and performance management; create training presentations and improve policies and tools. Partner with leaders to coach employees through performance challenges, resolve conflicts, and advise on disciplinary actions and terminations. Support workforce planning, succession discussions, and hiring efforts to ensure the right talent is onboarded. Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while applying company values consistently across all interactions. Work in the Lakewood, CO office at least 4 days per week with a 2-3 month transition period.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • HRIS or SHRM certification
  • Strong HR experience
  • Ability to partner across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to advise, support decision-making, and handle a range of employee and organizational situations
  • Ability to be consistent, approachable, and thoughtful in how you handle situations
  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability
  • Ability to make decisions that are fair, practical, and aligned with the long-term health of the organization
  • Ability to take ownership of both the human and operational sides of HR

  • Ability to support workforce planning, succession discussions, and HR initiatives planning
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations for various corporate trainings and initiatives
  • Ability to support and administer core HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Ability to assist in the development and improvement of HR programs, policies, and tools and promote their adoption
  • Ability to maintain HR policies and procedures and support compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ability to partner with managers to coach employees through performance challenges and support growth and accountability
  • Ability to support conflict resolution, investigations, and sensitive workplace situations
  • Ability to advise on disciplinary actions and terminations, balancing company risk and respect for people
  • Ability to support employees and leaders during challenging personal or work-related situations
  • Ability to handle conversations, support people, and apply practices consistently across the organization
  • Ability to ensure values of respect, trust, and serving each other and our clients are reflected throughout Computronix
  • Ability to be available for the Lakewood, CO office
  • Ability to work in the office during core working hours, at least 4 days/week
  • Ability to handle situations that are complex or sensitive
  • Ability to ensure people feel supported while also maintaining strong, well-functioning processes behind the scenes
