Job Summary
Lead Nightfill Availability 3IC at The Warehouse Rangiora. Four-day shift pattern with Wednesday/Thursday as a team member and Friday/Saturday in a 3IC/key holder capacity. Responsibilities include presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery to ensure well-stocked, visually appealing stores with minimal customer disruption. Partners with Availability 2IC & Availability Manager to provide quality leadership and an excellent in-store experience; must be able to work evenings. Emphasizes leadership development and progression within retail leadership tracks; requires strong communication and customer-service focus.
