Job Summary
Availability Manager role at The Warehouse Group in Levin, NZ. You will lead and coach the Nightfill team to ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, ensuring stock presentation and recovery with minimal customer disruption. Responsibilities include presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery with a focus on safe, positive store environment; leadership, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team; delivering strong customer experiences and maintaining store standards through effective communication and teamwork. Experience in retail leadership and familiarity with stock, merchandising, recovery, and presentation are advantageous.
