Job Summary
AV Technology Sales Rep for designing and delivering high-performance Audio/Visual solutions. Role involves selling integrated AV systems to new and existing clients, leading complex, project-based AV sales with multiple stakeholders, collaborating with General Contractors and Electrical Contractors, designing customized AV solutions, presenting system designs and performance capabilities, and acting as a technical advisor to guide clients on best practices, scalability, and system performance. Coordinates with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and stays current on AV technology trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2–10 years of experience selling AV technology systems or enterprise AV solutions
- Proven success selling complex, multi-technology AV systems
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort using AV industry terminology
- Experience working in project-based environments with design teams and contractors
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience as a Systems Operator is a plus
