Job Summary
The AV Technician role involves setup, operation, maintenance, and configuration of various audio-visual equipment for events. Responsibilities include fulfilling event requests, operating audio mixers, video switchers, and lighting consoles, managing inventory of equipment, and providing training to users. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in audio-visual technology, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and be available for flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience in technical/audio visual technology to equal 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
- Valid Class D driver's license may be required with good driving record
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
