Job Summary
AV Technician II responsible for setting up, testing, programming and commissioning AV equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, and control systems for customer sites. Collaborates with AV teammates and the AV service team to ensure safe, high-quality installations, and may work days, nights, and weekends based on project needs. Key duties include installing and wiring AV gear, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, testing and resolving equipment issues, programming audio processors and control systems, configuring networks/switches, ensuring safe shipment of equipment, maintaining inventory, keeping vendor certifications current, and working professionally within a team across regional and virtual practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
