Job Summary
Onsite AV Support Technician in Albany responsible for managing conference room AV equipment, Cisco video bars, and ViewSonic hardware; train users on Cisco Video Rooms; create simple user guides; provide onsite training sessions; support hybrid/virtual meetings via Webex and Teams; record/stream events; and test Cisco Video Rooms before events to ensure functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2yrs of experience in a technician role installing, troubleshooting, and managing av equipment in a professional setting
- 1 yr of experience providing technical support to users for conference needs
- Experience with conference room setups, specifically Cisco and ViewSonic
- Experience creating technical guides for non-technical users
