Job Summary
AV Technician role supporting service team with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of existing smart home systems; on-site and remote diagnostics; assist lead service technician on site visits; maintain service records; learn and adopt standard service processes with path toward independent assignments
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of AV cabling or basic install experience (retrofit or new construction)
- Familiarity with smart home systems like Control4, Savant, or similar is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
