Job Summary
Lead and line-manage a team of AV coordinators, providing guidance, support, and day-to-day direction while acting as the client-facing technical authority. Deliver white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and executive meetings by anticipating potential AV issues and proactively resolving concerns. Provide technical expertise for the deployment and operation of Crestron Flex, Polycom VTC codec, and other integrated AV systems including MS Teams, Zoom, and WebEx. Oversee conference room booking systems, coordinate room setups to precise specifications, and drive proactive maintenance, testing, and firmware updates across all equipment. Own escalation and resolution of technical issues through coordination with IT and vendor partners.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced technical environment
- Strong working knowledge of integrated AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and codec technology
- A confident, polished client-facing presence, comfortable engaging directly with clients and their customers
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts, with the ability to quickly identify and localize technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing composure
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset that anticipates problems before they impact the client
- Adaptability and curiosity to pick up new systems, tools, and technologies as they evolve

- Oversee conference room booking systems and coordinate room setups to precise specifications (layout, airwalls, microphones, projection)
- Drive proactive maintenance, testing, calibration, and firmware/software updates across all conference room equipment
- Own escalation and resolution of technical issues, including coordination with IT and vendor partners
