AV Support Technician

Job Summary
Deliver a comprehensive, efficient, and client-focused AV service across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event environments. Troubleshoot audio, video, presentation, and connectivity issues while supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and various conferencing technologies. Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system upgrades for displays, microphones, cameras, and control systems. Manage live meetings, presentations, conferences, webinars, and client events with exceptional customer service. Work on-site Monday to Friday in a shift rota between 07:00 and 19:00, with flexibility for occasional out-of-hours and weekend support. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting AV technologies within corporate, professional services or enterprise environments
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies
- Knowledge of AV systems including displays, microphones, cameras, control systems and wireless presentation technologies
- Experience troubleshooting audio, video, presentation and connectivity issues
- Experience supporting live meetings, presentations, conferences, webinars or client events
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance, firmware updates and AV system upgrades
- Flexibility for occasional out of hours and weekend support
