Job Summary
Oversee AV operations for events at Rixos Phu Quoc, supervising the AV team, setting up and troubleshooting sound and lighting systems, coordinating with entertainment and recreation teams, managing equipment, budgeting, and ensuring safety and maintenance. Lead live technical support during events, plan AV setups for shows, and ensure delivery aligns with show concepts and quality standards. Foster a professional, collaborative team environment and uphold hospitality standards while driving continuous improvement in AV services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Audio-Visual, or related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in AV supervisory or senior technician role
- Good communication skills in English
