Job Summary
AV Specialist负责支持Tier 2视频会议设备与客户现场的VC技术支持,解决室内技术相关的AV/VC设备故障、软件配置与根因分析以提升服务。核心职责包括在现场作为主要技术人员处理现场99%故障、对Zoom等虚拟/混合事件提供支持、协助新建/设计/资产管理与测试、为高端活动提供白手套级VC支持、对VC端点和硬件进行持续监控与维护、作为C-suite及高层管理的用户对接点、并与Tier 1、集成商及Vendor沟通协调,确保设备在各类活动中的稳定运行。需具备Cisco、Crestron、Extron、Shure、Clearone等硬件知识,具备良好的人际沟通与冲突解决能力,能独立工作并进行现场搬运与维护工作,并具备建立并维护设备清单与任务数据的能力。该职位还涉及对新办公室地点的新建部署提供支持,以及对高端事件的广播/现场制作等技术支持。EOS承诺提供多样化、包容性的工作环境并为符合条件者提供机会。EOS薪酬范围为$80,000—$90,000 USD。该岗位地点为Seattle, Washington, United States(实地在岗,现场工作)。
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to work on-site as primary on-site technician for AV/VC systems
- Tier 2 support experience for in-room and hybrid/virtual events
- Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone AV/VC hardware and signal flow
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture and standards
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks on VC gear; maintain high uptime
- Ability to train Tier 1 technicians on signal flow and inspections best practices
- Experience with initiating vendor cases (Cisco TAC) and RMA processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting AV/VC systems in enterprise environments
- Strong customer service and incident management skills
- Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone AV/VC hardware
- Experience with Zoom and hybrid/virtual event support
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform on-site installations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with TAC cases, VMA/RMA processes (vendor support)
