Job Summary
On-site Service Supervisor for the AV team responsible for day-to-day operations, escalation of issues at the client, and scheduling of on-site staff; leads regular service level reviews, ensures SLA adherence, and coordinates with the Client and ADOPT Service Delivery Manager. Plays a key role in preventative maintenance, break-fix, and meeting support, with responsibilities including delegation of daily/weekly/monthly tasks, performance evaluations, documentation of AV project processes, and the ability to step into any role as needed during events or projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise level AV support
- Competencies in Crestron and QSC control systems
- Competencies in Zoom and MS Teams technology
