Job Summary
AV Project Superintendent leads field coordination and client liaison for major audiovisual installations. Serves as onsite point of coordination between trades, project teams, and clients; verifies site readiness, manages equipment receipt and staging, and tracks project milestones with a focus on safety, RoomReady standards, and quality workmanship. Responsible for training installation technicians and apprentices, maintaining project documentation, communicating risks and change orders to teams, and delivering strong customer experience on site. Requires substantial AV installation experience, ability to read construction documents/blueprints, familiarity with mounting and rigging methods, and a track record of coordinating trades and managing fast-paced projects. ATS/CTS-I and OSHA 30 credentials (or ability to obtain within 6 months) are part of the required skill set, along with an Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of AV installation and troubleshooting experience
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role
- CTS-I and OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
