Job Summary
Plan, facilitate, and administer A/V installation projects from planning through execution, coordinating internal resources and sub-contractors to deploy digital signage solutions. Serve as the first level of technical escalation for installation issues and assist install managers with complex installations. Manage triple constraints including schedule, cost, and quality while working with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and obtain approvals. Identify, assess, and communicate with all stakeholders, initiate project billing per the SOW, and review budget versus actuals weekly. Provide timely client service, document approvals, and deliver weekly updates on install success metrics. Travel up to 30% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years installation project related experience
- Must be comfortable working in a deadline-oriented, fast paced business environment with shifting priorities
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
- Travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired
- Experienced user of software CRM tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers
- Highly flexible and able to respond quickly to unforeseen changes in projects and customer requirements
- Self-motivated, achievement-oriented with superior planning and time management skills
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Team oriented; Ability to collaborate cross functionally and to influence without direct authority
- Positive attitude; willingness and initiative to learn
