AV Operations & Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead AV project management from kickoff to completion for AV installations. Oversee installation teams, site walkthroughs, and client communication; coordinate estimating, labor projections, and material recommendations; manage programming coordination with clients, programmers, and vendors; ensure installations align with design specifications and company standards; collaborate with sales, engineering, programming, and field teams; maintain clear project updates and scheduling; verify completion, ensure quality control, and achieve client satisfaction before closeout; support process improvements within the AV department; attend subcontractor meetings (onsite and virtual).
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial AV systems, including audio, video, control, networking, and conferencing technologies
- Experience managing AV installation projects, field teams, programmers, engineers and other trades
- Ability to read and interpret AV drawings, scopes of work, and construction drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing estimates and coordinating project logistics
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Familiarity with AV programming coordination and commissioning processes
- Proficiency with project management
- Knowledge of Asana and NetSuite preferred
- Experience with Autodesk, procore, building connected etc is a plus
- CTS certification (which ones do they need)
