AV Operations/Support Engineer

Job Summary
Provide operational support for Zoom Rooms and conferencing systems across AV environments including executive boardrooms and training spaces; perform daily room readiness checks, pre-event testing, live meetings support, run-of-show execution, and post-event restoration; manage AV inventory and lifecycle, coordinate hardware replacements and RMAs; leverage Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Rooms, and associated AV equipment (Logitech, Poly, Shure, Crestron, AMX, Huddly, digital signage) to ensure seamless meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years in Corporate AV Support
- Experience supporting executive boardrooms
- 24x5 Rotational Shift
