Job Summary
Set up, operate, and support microphones, projectors, video displays, recording equipment, and related audiovisual systems for executive meetings, presentations, training sessions, and secure teleconferences. Test multimedia equipment to confirm safe, reliable, and effective operation while interpreting customer requirements to determine necessary resources. Review presentation content for accuracy, completeness, classification, and distribution controls before deployment. Troubleshoot real-time audiovisual issues and coordinate with technical personnel to minimize disruption to events. Recommend presentation approaches, equipment options, and alternative delivery methods based on customer needs. Ensure proper viewing, interactivity, and audio/video quality across integrated content platforms. This role supports a high-visibility national security customer and requires on-site work within 50 miles of McLean, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to meet customer access requirements
- CI polygraph requirements
- Experience setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audiovisual or multimedia equipment in support of meetings, presentations, training, or teleconferences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting secure, classified, executive-level, or mission-critical meetings and events
- Experience with VTC platforms, conference-room systems, networked AV equipment, recording systems, and live event support
- Experience supporting ODNI, the Intelligence Community, DoD, or another federal national security customer
