Job Summary
Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling including category, fiber, speaker, Lutron, and Crestron systems. Mount devices at wire ends, build and lace equipment racks, and configure devices while maintaining network understanding. Troubleshoot control and lighting systems such as Control4, Savant, and Crestron. Perform hands-on field work requiring ladder climbing, power tool use, and the ability to lift 50lbs or more. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass an NC Alarm Board background check. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm across Wilmington, NC projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on construction sites
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to pull cabling
- Ability to use power tools
- Ability to use hand tools
- Steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition
- High EQ
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass NC Alarm Board background check
