Job Summary
Plan and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and internal communications while producing motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded templates aligned with brand guidelines. Record, edit, and mix audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations to ensure clean, professional sound quality. Manage end-to-end AV production workflows including scripting, storyboarding, filming, color grading, and final export, creating a library of reusable video and motion templates. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives, managing multiple concurrent projects within design specifications, timelines, and budget restrictions using Jira. Maintain a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production across both disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience spanning graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production
- Proven portfolio required across both disciplines
- Figma — UI/UX design and prototyping
- Adobe Photoshop — image editing and compositing
- Adobe Illustrator — vector illustration and branding assets
- Adobe InDesign — print and layout design
- Jira — Agile project tracking
- Adobe Premiere Pro — video editing
- Adobe After Effects — motion graphics and animation
- Adobe Audition or equivalent — audio editing and mixing
- Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, and video production fundamentals (frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, export formats for web/social)
Desired Qualifications
- DaVinci Resolve — colour grading (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
