Job Summary
Conduct daily team meetings to review schedules and gather materials before traveling to job sites. Inspect properties for pest problems, identify invading pests, and apply chemical solutions, powders, or granules to eliminate infestations. Install, repair, and maintain insulation systems to enhance energy efficiency and keep pests out. Perform final inspections, clean up job sites, and complete paperwork and debriefs to ensure standards are met. Build positive relationships with clients, offer suggestions on pest prevention, and follow all safety procedures and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience in pest technician work or insulation work
- Able to build positive relationships and effectively communicate value to customers
- Able to analyze pest control activity, explain and implement an effective plan of action
- Ability to learn and follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions and powders
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- A valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the US
