Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating auxiliary services programs including textbook affordability, campus card services, vendor relations, marketing initiatives, and overseeing student workers; reviews financial records and deposits, ensures compliance and secure activation/distribution of campus access cards, maintains textbook affordability tagging, audits billing accuracy, collaborates with IT/third-party vendors to mitigate operational risk, and produces reports for stakeholders while supporting department marketing and scheduling/training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Two years of related experience
- Regular physical attendance required
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Regular travel between campus locations
