Job Summary
Manage company bread routes including distribution, sales, returns, account service, and new accounts by working directly with route sales employees. Establish route sales goals, standards, and customer requirements while overseeing day-to-day operations of the route distribution center. Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards and DOT regulations. Recruit new personnel and communicate effectively with customer accounts and corporate sales members. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical card, and 2 to 3 years of route sales operations experience.
