Auxiliary Programs & Campus Store Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee the opening, closing, and daily transactions of the campus store while maintaining a clean, organized storefront and managing stock levels. Process point-of-sale transactions, collaborate on financial reports, and serve as the primary contact for student and parent inquiries regarding spirit wear and purchases. Assist the Auxiliary Programs team by responding to inquiries about store hours and program details, managing student registrations, and updating program databases. Work Tuesday through Friday from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm, up to 29 hours per week, with flexible adjustments for summer camps. This part-time role supports Pace Academy's mission to cultivate global citizenship and a diverse, equitable culture within its 1,150-student community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service and administrative support
- Proficiency with MacOS and Apple products
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain spreadsheet tracking
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule within the 29-hour limit
- Ability to adjust hours to match peak summer camp weeks or special school events
- Warm, welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with children, parents, and school staff
