Job Summary
Auxiliary Equipment Cleaner at LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark. The role focuses on cleaning, inspecting, preparing, and delivering production equipment (grinders, blenders, switches and filters) according to standards; handling collection, shipping and delivery of machine nozzles to and from Hungary; operating a truck to transport peripheral equipment based on IT-system signals; ensuring proper recycling of grinders and blenders per IT-system and documentation; performing administrative tasks and IT-system registrations; conducting maintenance and part replacements as part of the cleaning process; testing equipment to ensure optimal operation; using a plastic blower for cleaning; applying LEAN tools and working across organizational boundaries. Requires independent work with strong teamwork, high precision, and solid technical understanding; three weeks of on-the-job training; LEAN knowledge; and a valid truck certificate. Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift/truck certificate
- Good IT skills
- Completion of internal training for handling all equipment types
- Internal training in transport and placement of equipment and use of IT systems
- Minimum three weeks of buddy/sidestep training
- Knowledge of LEAN tools and methods
- Ability to work independently with strong team orientation
- High precision and solid technical understanding
- Good understanding of operations processes
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
