Job Summary
Assist with site setup, loading and unloading materials, and performing basic tasks like digging trenches and mixing concrete. Clean and maintain equipment, support skilled tradespeople, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the workday. Help with site clean-up and debris removal to keep the area organized and hazard-free. This long-term role involves working across different cities in Slovenia for various clients. The position includes a 24-month contract with competitive pay, provided accommodation, meal allowances, and shift work of seven hours per day over six days.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 3 years of experience as a auxiliary construction worker
- Have experience with sandblasting
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating basic construction tools
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- It is preferred that the candidate is between 24 and 25 years old
- Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive role is preferred but not always required
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and materials is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed on the construction site
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards hard work and contributing to the team's success
