Monitor vehicle movements in the yard, track delivery statuses in TMS/ERP systems, and log incidents such as damages or delays. Communicate with drivers and partners via phone or system to resolve operational irregularities, while documenting shift handovers and generating productivity reports. Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs and archive all physical and digital operational records.
