Prepare and organize the dégorgement line by supplying inputs, arranging bottles, and verifying equipment conditions. Operate under supervision the dégorgement stages including ice removal, sediment expulsion, liquor replacement, cork and cage placement, and bottle washing. Visually inspect bottle cleanliness, cork integrity, volume, and sparkling wine appearance, reporting any anomalies to technical staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienized environment adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Assist in filling production records, loss control, batch, and traceability logs when requested. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and sanitary protocols. Load and unload bottles and inputs as needed.
