Operate baking equipment such as ovens, dough mixers, and beaters safely and efficiently. Collaborate on production according to demand and schedules, monitoring fermentation and cooking times while adjusting temperature as needed. Prepare fillings, toppings, and other complements, assisting in product decoration and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to hygiene and food safety protocols. Participate in technical and service training sessions. Full-time role requiring a complete fundamental education and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
