Verify the assembly schedule and conduct inventory of materials in machines and FIFO zones to communicate operational requirements to the supervisor. Transport assigned materials (rolls, walls, filler, and rims) to assembly machines or FIFO zones, ensuring correct identification and traceability. Monitor machine measurement changes to anticipate material needs and prevent production delays. Collect TMA twice per shift for reprocessing and transfer to the Banbury area with proper identification and segregation. Move non-conforming materials to designated areas and inform the supervisor for evaluation if quality is compromised. Register final material locations in the system to guarantee traceability and operational availability. Ensure priority consumption of surplus or older materials following FIFO principles. Maintain material organization according to quantity needs and 5S standards. Report at shift end on any machines stopped or low on material to prevent impact on the next shift.
