Job Summary
Execute small repairs, simple hydraulic services, painting, and door maintenance under supervision while adhering to NR-35 safety regulations. Assist with roof work, gutter cleaning, and water tank cleaning, organizing tools and materials for field operations. Support inductive loop maintenance at toll plazas by preparing equipment and signaling work zones. Manage basic stock organization, service order documentation, and priority control for maintenance tickets. Ensure proper EPI usage and area isolation for team safety.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Fundamental Completo ou, na ausência deste, comprovação de alfabetização
- Realização das NR's 12 e 35
- Conhecimento básico em execução de serviços de manutenção predial
Desired Qualifications
- Conhecimento básico em serviços de construção civil e manutenção de edificações
