Conduct preventive, corrective, and inspection maintenance on buildings and equipment, supporting technical teams in verifying structures, electrical systems, and hydraulic networks. Execute electrical maintenance on medium and low-voltage networks, control panels, and security systems. Assist in masonry and plumbing tasks, including tile installation, pipe mounting, and effluent network repairs. Prepare surfaces and tools for painting and finishing work. Register activities in service orders and produce photographic evidence of projects. Maintain the work environment and tools, ensuring safety and material conservation. Participate in area meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and mentor less experienced professionals while adhering to integrated management and safety policies.
