Execute maintenance services including masonry, plumbing, painting, electrical, gas therapy, and furniture repair to support corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Open, execute, and close service orders while monitoring hospital systems such as medical gas central, vacuum stations, sewage treatment, water treatment, and GLP supply to identify intervention needs. Supervise and support third-party contractors for specialized tasks like reservoir cleaning, grease trap suction, and gas refilling to ensure safe infrastructure operation. Full high school education required; previous experience desirable. Schedule is 5x2 from 7 AM to 5 PM with initial training availability needed.
