Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to established checklists. Perform minor repairs, component replacements, painting, and cleaning in technical areas. Inspect internal spaces, parking, and garages for necessary adjustments, while monitoring water and hot water systems to ensure continuous supply. Keep the work environment clean and organized in compliance with environmental standards. Register and execute service orders in the system and organize third-party company documents. Requires basic electrical knowledge; medium school preferred with hydraulic or mechanical skills. Shift runs 6x1 (12:00–20:20).
