Auxiliar de manutenção

Conduct preventive maintenance by inspecting pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators, and HVAC systems against checklists, reporting detected issues to supervisors. Perform corrective repairs in apartments for tasks like bulb replacements and leak fixes, while cleaning and painting technical areas. Assist with masonry, painting, and moving tools, tightening parts, and routing cables. Read and record daily gas, water, and energy consumption. Maintain pool hygiene by vacuuming and testing pH and chlorine levels when available. Adhere strictly to EPI and EPC procedures. Execute other area-related assignments as needed. Experience in the field is a plus.
