Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems, detecting and resolving technical issues in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry. Keep workspaces clean and orderly while performing regular inspections to identify repair needs. Coordinate with external vendors when necessary and maintain accurate records of all tasks and equipment status. Requires prior experience in similar maintenance roles and basic knowledge of the specified trades, along with strong problem-solving skills and physical stamina. Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa en puestos similares o en labores de mantenimiento
