Perform maintenance of utensils, furniture, and equipment to keep them in usable condition. Manage the office environment by changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, and organizing the administration warehouse. Store tools, appliances, and other equipment used in executed tasks to maintain better working conditions. Serve and distribute lunches and coffees to internal and external clients while attending to their food needs.
