Job Summary
Provide direct support to residents with intellectual disabilities in daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Supervise daily routines while fostering personal autonomy and social skills through emotional care and recreational engagement. Communicate relevant observations to the technical team and maintain order and safety in work areas. Adhere to internal protocols and rotate weekend and holiday shifts. Requires prior experience in social care or nursing and availability for rotating schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Formación en Atención Sociosanitaria, Auxiliar de Enfermería, Integración Social o similar
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
Desired Qualifications
- Experiencia previa como auxiliar o cuidador/a con personas con discapacidad intelectual
