Execute food prepping and preparation tasks, including washing, sanitizing, cutting, and organizing ingredients while verifying food safety standards. Assist in pastry production, support buffet and coffee break assembly, and maintain hygiene of personnel, utensils, and the kitchen environment. Participate in team briefings, represent brand values, and adhere to sustainable practices regarding waste and resource usage. Work a 5x2 schedule from 12:00 to 22:00, Monday through Friday, supporting the Accor mission to deliver sincere hospitality experiences.
