Prepare dishes, assemble workstations, wash, peel, and cut food, and assist in food handling and plating. Receive, inspect, store, and organize ingredients, materials, and raw materials. Clean and organize the work area, wash, and store utensils. Work in compliance with technical procedures and standards for sanitary quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation. This role supports store managers, directors, and the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Full secondary education and prior experience in the function are required.
