Job Summary
Greet patients, clients, and companions at the Unimed unit, guiding them to appropriate care within established routines and designated autonomy. Verify bed and appointment availability when necessary, then register essential information in the system to support patient attention. Requires high school completion, Office Suite proficiency, and prior customer service or reception experience. Schedule runs from 3 PM to 9 PM Monday through Friday, and 7 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. Located at the Centro de Promoção a Saúde Unimed in Betim, MG.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino médio completo
- Conhecimento no pacote office
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou recepção
