Job Summary
Clean public and employee restrooms, showers, glass, and floor surfaces using designated chemicals and equipment. Dust assigned areas, empty trash containers, and inspect furniture for damage while reporting issues. Maintain lights, post caution signs, and respond promptly to guest or department requests. Identify maintenance problems and contact other departments for urgent repairs. Adhere to safety policies, store flammable materials properly, and wear a clean, professional uniform. Assist individuals with disabilities and speak with clear, professional language. Move objects up to 55 pounds independently or with assistance, and navigate narrow spaces or ladders as needed. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and in excess of 55 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to push and pull work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
- Move up and down a ladder.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
