Job Summary
Provide daily home care support for individuals with reduced autonomy, including assistance with activities of daily living such as getting up, personal hygiene with nursing supervision, and meal preparation. Work Monday through Friday and/or weekends as scheduled. Coordinate closely with a coordinating nurse to ensure proper patient care and manage optimized schedules to minimize travel time. This role is part of Tantor's mission to facilitate independent living for elderly patients through personalized, comprehensive support at their homes.
